The project entails designing, building, and delivering a G+1 office facility for the Qiddiya Construction City, adhering to the Employer’s requirements and Qiddiya’s design guidelines. The primary goal is to provide a sustainable, high-quality working environment for 700 staff members while ensuring compliance with local regulations, branding, and safety standards.
